Picnic is scheduled for 7/19/17 at 7 PM at the Clark Street Fields. A flyer is attached:

Teams in each division are asked to bring something to share/pass:
Fried chicken and hot dogs will be provided.
Please bring your own drinks, lawn chairs or picnic blankets
PLEASE BRING A DISH TO PASS:
T-ball/Coach Pitch………………...Juice boxes/water to share
Boys Machine Pitch………...…….Cookies or desserts
Boys Minors………………………..Fruit or vegetable trays
Boys Majors & Intermediate….....Chips or snacks
Girls Machine Pitch & Minors…...Small pasta salads or side dishes
Girls Juniors ……………………….2 Bags of Ice
*All players that completed the regular season will receive a participation award/trophy*
Schedule of the Day
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Dinner
8:00 PM to 8:30 PM Trophy Presentations
8:30 PM to 9:00 PM Fun Activities (kickball, etc)
Drinks will be available at the concession stand for $1.00 each (only while supplies last).
Only in the event of severe weather will we reschedule to the next day.
